on a fixed-term contract, starting from mid-February.<\/p><p>Your missions<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Lead, motivate and support the bar team.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Design and update the sales materials (cocktail menu, soft drinks, digestifs\u2026).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Create and keep the technical sheets up to date.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Prepare classic cocktails and creations, as well as all drinks requested by guests.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ensure the bar is kept impeccable, restocked and its inventory managed.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Carry out inventories and help monitor consumption.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Contribute to the mise en place and good coordination with the dining room team.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Guarantee strict compliance with hygiene and food safety
