For this festive evening, Nicolas Davouze, Executive Chef of Maison de Bacon et Bocuse d\u2019Or France<\/strong>, signs a menu in several stages conceived around exceptional products: Osci\u00e8tre caviar, Melanosporum truffle, foie gras, Mediterranean sloe, roe, poularde, chocolate and Mediterranean citrus fruits.<\/strong><\/p>\n
