A UNIQUE EVENING BRINGING TOGETHER SIX TALENTS FROM THE WORLD OF FRENCH GASTRONOMY AT THE CAP D’ANTIBES AT LA MAISON DE BACON.

On 21 November 2025, the Maison de Bacon, an iconic institution in Cap d’Antibes, will host an exceptional dinner bringing together some of the biggest names in French gastronomy.

Under the impetus of Laurent Le Fur, Managing Director of the restaurant, this evening will pay homage to sharing, creativity and friendship between chefs.

For a unique evening, Maison de Bacon brings together SIX leading chefs for an exceptional dinner, celebrating creativity, sharing and a passion for cooking:

Nicolas Davouze – Bocuse d’Or France
A passionate and talented chef, Nicolas Davouze made his mark at the Bocuse d’Or France. His precise and inventive cuisine celebrates local produce and seafood with elegance and modernity.

Philippe Joannes – Best Craftsman of France
An iconic chef from the Côte d'Azur and a MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) award winner in 2000, Philippe Joannes embodies excellence and the passing down of French culinary know-how. He elevates Mediterranean flavours in cuisine that is both generous and refined.

Alain Llorca – Michelin-starred chef in Saint Paul de Vence
He embodies the gourmet and refined Provence, between tradition and modernity

Nicolas Rondelli – Michelin-starred Executive Chef of the restaurant Les Pêcheurs on Cap d'Antibes
Niçois by origin, Chef Nicolas Rondelli is passionate, having trained on the Côte d'Azur under some very great chefs.

Steve Moracchini – Michelin-starred pastry chef, Côté Jardin by Steve Moracchini
He signs desserts of rare finesse and poetry

Yorick Tièche – Michelin-starred chef at Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat, 
It celebrates an inspired Mediterranean cuisine, balancing land, sea and elegance
