What is the typical dish of Antibes?

Antibes shares the cuisine of the Côte d’Azur: socca, pissaladière, Swiss chard pie, petits farcis. On the Cap d’Antibes, Maison de Bacon still serves it, alongside its rockfish soup. See the menu.

Are there dishes without fish?

Yes. The sea dominates the menu, but the chef also offers meat, for example the Black Angus beef on the L’Esprit du Midi menu. The menu also has vegetarian dishes, such as the cep tartlet with wild mushrooms. For a special diet or an allergy, let us know when you book: we will tell you what the kitchen can adapt. See the menu.
