This year it innovates with a new offer on its fabulous ROOF TOP for summer 2026.

From 3 June 2026, MAISON DE BACON expands its offering by unveiling a new experience on its fabulous ROOF TOP facing the Mediterranean.

This opening marks a new stage in the evolution of the establishment, offering a venue dedicated to evenings, sharing and the art of living.

Enjoying a spectacular view over the sea and the mountain ranges, the ROOF TOP positions itself as a culinary, musical and event destination, designed to extend the MAISON DE BACON experience in a freer, more convivial atmosphere.

The menu showcases a sharing cuisine, built around starters and dishes to share, complemented by a live culinary workshop offering a choice of meats and fish, as well as an indulgent dessert menu.

The experience is enhanced by a menu of signature cocktails and a musical programme blending DJ sets and live performances, creating an elegant atmosphere that evolves throughout the evening.

Open Wednesday to Saturday evenings from 7pm to midnight and Sunday lunchtime, the ROOF TOP can be enjoyed as much for a cocktail at sunset as for a long dinner.

Also designed to host private and corporate events, with the possibility of partial or full privatisation, this new ROOF TOP establishes itself as a new must-visit meeting place for evenings on the Riviera.
