An institution of seafood gastronomy founded in 1948. After a period of transformation, the establishment now flourishes in a renovated setting, decorated with care, with differentiated spaces, a magnificent outdoor terrace and an exclusive roof top enjoying a magical view over the sea.
We are looking for Runners on fixed-term contracts of 3 to 9 months starting from the end of February.
He or she will handle the mise en place of the service and the dining room and will ensure the follow-up of tables and the delivery of trays to the dining room.
Profile sought: dynamic, motivated, organised and with an eye for detail.
Attractive pay based on a percentage of service.
